Terms and Conditions
Clear information about using our website and requesting locksmith service.
Last updated: September 23, 2026
1. Our website and company
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of 30minlocksmith.com and to inquiries made through it. The website is operated by 30Min Locksmith LLC, a Texas locksmith business displaying license B31145701. The Texas DPS licensing guide explains how to look up company records.
By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. A quote, work authorization, invoice or written warranty supplied for a particular job may include additional terms for that service. Please review those documents before approving the work.
2. Requesting service
Calling, emailing or submitting the website form starts a conversation about your needs. A form submission by itself does not confirm an appointment, guarantee dispatch or create an agreed price. We confirm the relevant details with you, including the service location, the work requested and availability.
Please give accurate contact information and a useful description of the problem. Tell us about access restrictions, parking instructions or other conditions that could affect the visit. If your situation changes after you request help, contact us as soon as possible.
3. Coverage, availability and arrival estimates
We provide mobile locksmith service in Houston and the surrounding areas described on this website. Being listed as a service area does not mean we have a physical office in that city. Our location pages distinguish the Champions and Jersey Village offices from mobile coverage areas.
Service availability depends on the location, the job, technician availability, supported hardware or vehicles, traffic and other conditions. Any arrival time discussed is an estimate unless a specific commitment is expressly confirmed. The name “30Min Locksmith” does not create a guaranteed 30-minute arrival time.
Office visits should be arranged in advance. Emergency mobile availability and office access are different.
4. Quotes and approval of work
Pricing depends on the actual job, including the type and condition of the lock or vehicle system, the parts needed and the work involved. A preliminary estimate based on a phone description may need to be confirmed after the technician assesses the situation.
We explain the proposed work and price before the work begins. If the scope changes or an additional problem is found, we discuss the additional work and price with you before proceeding. Ask for clarification if anything in the quote is unclear.
The payment arrangements and any applicable charges are those disclosed and agreed for your service.
6. Changing or cancelling a request
If you need to change the address, timing or scope of a request, or no longer need help, call us promptly. We will explain the status of the request and any arrangements already agreed for your job.
Any cancellation, rescheduling or refund question will be considered in light of the work authorized, the work actually performed, the agreed terms and applicable law. Contact us so we can review the specific situation with you.
7. Warranty and follow-up
The website advertises a six-month warranty. Ask us to confirm the coverage that applies to your particular service, including the work or parts covered and how to request help. Any written warranty information supplied with your service should be kept with your invoice.
If you have a concern about completed work, contact us with your name, service date, service address and a description of the problem. A concern may require inspection before the next step can be determined. Nothing in these website terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
8. Offers and website information
Any discount or promotion is subject to the conditions shown with that offer. Mention the offer when requesting a quote so its availability and applicability can be confirmed before work is approved.
Website descriptions explain common services and options; they are not a diagnosis of your particular lock, door or vehicle. Compatibility and the appropriate method depend on inspection and the equipment involved. We may update information or correct errors as needed.
9. Using the website responsibly
Do not use the website to send fraudulent requests, impersonate someone else, distribute malicious software, interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access. Do not submit confidential information that is unrelated to the service you need.
The company name, logo, text, graphics and other website content belong to 30Min Locksmith LLC or their respective owners, except where stated otherwise. You may browse the site and keep information for your personal service inquiry. Other uses require the relevant rights or permission.
Some images are promotional illustrations, including generated images. They should not be understood as proof of a particular technician’s identity, an exact fleet size or a completed customer job. External links and maps are provided for convenience; the operators of those services are responsible for their own content and terms.
10. Privacy and changes to these terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how website and inquiry information is handled. It is available from the footer of the site.
We may update these website terms and conditions. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. An update does not by itself change a previously agreed price or written service commitment.
11. Questions about these terms and conditions
